Our spy photographers caught the 2010 BMW 5-Series roaming the streets of Munich. In the photo above, you can clearly see the latest 5-Series being followed by the current 5-Series. BMW obviously knows about the presence of spy photographers in that area, hence the camouflage, and maybe they sent the two cars out together, so that people like you and me can compare and contrast. Or perhaps that is too much conspiracy theory, and it is no more than coincidence.
If any conclusion can be derived from the photos, they confirm the fact that the new batch of BMWs, starting from the recently-launched 7-Series, is styled to be far more conservative than before. We can expect BMW to officially unveil the car at next year’s Geneva Auto Show.
